REBURSE IS NOT A TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANY (TNC)

Reburse, Inc. provides a software application that helps users calculate fair ride reimbursement costs and facilitates peer-to-peer payments. We do not provide transportation services, arrange rides, match drivers with passengers, or operate as a Transportation Network Company as defined by federal, state, or local law.

WHAT REBURSE DOES:

- Provides a calculator tool for estimating fair ride costs based on distance and user-adjustable factors
- Facilitates payment processing between users who already know each other
- Displays route information and distance calculations
- Allows users to share ride cost information with each other
- Integrates with third-party payment platforms (Venmo, Cash App, etc

WHAT REBURSE DOES NOT DO:

Arrange, coordinate, schedule, or dispatch rides between any parties
- Match or connect drivers with passengers
- Facilitate, enable, or support rides between strangers or unknown parties
- Provide transportation services or for-hire vehicle services
- Pre-arrange rides for compensation
- Set, mandate, or control pricing (users independently determine all costs)
- Take commissions, fees, or percentages from ride payments between users
- Operate as a common carrier, taxi service, or transportation network company
- Verify driver backgrounds, credentials, insurance, or vehicle safety
- Monitor, track, or supervise rides in any capacity
- Guarantee ride availability or driver participation
- Act as employer, contractor, or agent of any user

USER RESPONSIBILITY:
All Reburse users acknowledge that:

- They independently arrange all rides with people they personally know
- Ride arrangements occur entirely outside the Reburse platform
- They are solely responsible for determining fair reimbursement amounts
- They must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- They may not use Reburse to arrange rides with strangers or for commercial transportation services
- Reburse has no involvement in, liability for, or responsibility regarding any rides, payments, or interactions between users
- Users must maintain appropriate personal auto insurance
- Drivers must not advertise services to the public or operate as for-hire vehicle

ACCEPTABLE USE:

Reburse is designed ONLY for reimbursement scenarios such as:
- A friend driving another friend to the airport and being reimbursed fairly
- Coworkers carpooling together and splitting costs equitably
- Family members helping each other with transportation
- Neighbors assisting neighbors with rides
- Any scenario where two parties who already know each other wish to calculate and exchange fair reimbursement for voluntarily provided transportation

PROHIBITED USE:

Users may NOT use Reburse to
:- Solicit rides from strangers or the general public
- Advertise transportation services
- Operate a for-hire vehicle service
- Conduct business as a taxi, limousine, or transportation service
- Arrange rides with people they do not personally know- Evade TNC regulations or licensing requirements
- Replace or compete with licensed transportation service

By using Reburse, you acknowledge that you understand these limitations and agree to use the service only for its intended purpose: calculating and facilitating reimbursement for rides between people who already know each other.

Reburse reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who violate these terms or attempt to use the platform for commercial transportation services.
